Shipping policy

We offer same-day shipping which means that we will ensure that your order is sent out on the same day that if you place an order before 2PM.

Currently, we only ship to New Zealand.

Shipping Costs:

• Standard Shipping – Flat Rate: $24.95
• Rural Shipping – Flat Rate: $29.95
• Heavy Item Economy Shipping (North Island Only) – Shipping is calculated based on the total shipping weight of your order. The applicable shipping rate will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Heavy Items

• Heavy Item Economy Shipping (North Island Only) – Shipping is calculated based on the total shipping weight of your order.
• Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout according to the total weight and delivery location.
• If your order contains both standard and heavy items, the applicable shipping charge will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping Times:

Shipping time are dependent on the courier but we usually expect your goods to be with you within 1-4 days.

Non-rural: 1-2 working days

Rural: 2-4 working days

While all of our parcels are shipped with overnight delivery to the South Island only (excluding rural areas and weekend deliveries), this is a target and not a guarantee.
